PAC 5660 - Behavioral Medicine PreceptorshipHours: 5 An introduction for students to the specialty of Behavioral Medicine at clinical sites. This course will consist of supervised clinical practice experiences where students are actively involved in patient care in outpatient settings and may have opportunities in inpatient settings. Students will evaluate individual patients by performing a physical exam, history, and review of other data to formulate an assessment and further develop a management plan. The Behavioral Medicine preceptorship will consist of combined clinical experiences and didactic assignments, supervised by program faculty and approved clinical preceptors.
